Mission Statement

The mission of the Medical Assistant Club is to promote the medical assistant program and to raise awareness and encourage all Ridgewater students in this career path.

Club Goals

• Encourage and educate students about the opportunity to learn about the practice and responsibilities of the Medical Assistant program.
• Gain attention and promote the professional opportunities a Medical Assistant career can bring to students.
• Promote and maintain the professional image and high standards of a medical assistant.
• Promote interest in the then Medical Assistant Program and the practice of healthcare.

Club Objectives

• Recognize students interested in the Medical Assistant Program.
• Assist students with the opportunity to explore and learn about the medical assistant program.
• Create enthusiasm for becoming a healthcare worker.
• Benefit Ridgewater College by interacting with other college clubs and activities.
