Academic Coaches at Ridgewater College collaborate with students to create a personalized success plan to improve their academic performance. Students meet one-on-one with Academic Coaches to help them navigate challenges, develop success skills, and increase their confidence as they work toward their goals. Academic Coaches are available to all students at Ridgewater College!
