Requesting Your Warrior Card

Warrior Cards (student identification cards) are printed by Student Services at the Front Desk on both campuses.

Request Your ID Online

Online students will have their ID mailed to the permanent address we have on file. If the request comes before the semester starts, the ID will be mailed 5 days after the start of the semester. All other IDs will be available for pickup at the front desk of the campus you attend. You will get an email once your ID is ready for pickup at the front desk.

You will need to log into the form using the same login you use for your Ridgewater email and Office 365 account:

• StarID Password

If you have issues logging into the form, double-check to make sure that you aren’t logged into another non-Ridgewater Microsoft Office account or open the form in an incognito tab in your browser.

Request Your ID in Person

You can stop by the Front Desk on either campus to get your ID printed in about 5 – 10 minutes. Both Front Desks are open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. You will need to present your driver’s license or other legal photo ID.
