Agronomy students study crops, plants and soils to learn how crops and weeds grow and how crops can be modified to improve agricultural operations. Safe and efficient equipment and product handling is a program priority.
Students will learn the following:
- Commercial applicator’s license
- CPR certificate
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Forklift driver certificate
- OSHA 10-hour (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certificate
- 72 credit diploma
- In person on Willmar campus
- Paid internships
- Start in fall or spring
