Ridgewater College Leadership
The president’s executive leadership team is comprised of three vice presidents, a director of human resources, and a director of institutional effectiveness/chief information officer. This team makes important decisions and sets the direction of the college, with input from staff, faculty, and students.

Ridgewater College is a member of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (Minnesota State), the fourth largest system of state colleges and universities in the nation. It includes 30 colleges, seven universities, and 54 campuses. We are also proud to partner with businesses throughout Minnesota and beyond.
