COVID-19 Federal Funding Reports
During the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Federal government made funds available to Ridgewater College through various programs. As part of the law making those funds available, Ridgewater is required to post reports on how the funds are used. These reports are available below, posted as they are completed.
The following amounts have been distributed to the following number of students under the various COVID relief programs:

Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of March 2020
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of March 2020 provided funds to Ridgewater College for emergency financial aid grants to students for cost of attendance expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus (such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child care).

Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSAA)
On March 12, 2021, Ridgewater College began disbursing Student Aid funds in the amount of $975,478 to eligible students via both automatic and application-required grants. These funds are from the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSAA) and are governed by federal guidelines.

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, also called the COVID-19 Stimulus Package or American Rescue Plan, is the third major economic stimulus plan passed by Congress. Almost $40 billion was set aside for colleges and universities across the country.
