Leslie Valiant

Leslie holds an accounting associate’s degree from Willmar Vo-Tech, and Accounting and Business Administration degrees from St. Scholastica. She worked for the Litchfield Public Utilities Commission as their Sr. Accounts Clerk; city of St. Joseph, Finance Department; city of Spicer, City Administrator; and is currently the City Administrator for the city of Willmar. She has owned her own business and was the Gambling Manger for the Litchfield Baseball Association for 12 years. She enjoys working with people and finding creative ways to support and encourage economic development.
