Roger Gauquie

Roger Gauquie graduated from the Sales and Marketing program at Willmar Vocational Technical Institute (a former title for Ridgewater College) in 1976. Roger worked at Northern Factory Sales since 1975 and in 1987 became a partner in the company. Northern is a wholesale heat transfer company that is based in Willmar and has warehouses in 18 states. Roger and his partner sold the company to the employees in 2014 creating a 100% ESOP. Roger continued working at Northern until his retirement in 2018.

In the past, Roger has served on the Rice Health Foundation Board and currently is a member of the Ridgewater College Foundation Board. Roger and his wife Ruth reside in Willmar and have two married children, Kimberly and Ryan.They have two grandsons.
