Reading & Language Assistant (Summer)

- Flexible daytime hours between 10 am – 2pm
- Average 10-15 hours/week
- Location: Immanuel Grace Lutheran School, 20849 Walden Ave, Hutchinson MN

Position Details
The work-study student would assist our classroom teachers and Title 1 Coordinator to help our struggling readers for grades PreK – 8th. Hours are flexible between 10am – 2pm. Some tasks with students include:
- 1-on-1 reading
- Reading assessments
- Timed reading
- Skill work and monitoring
- Sight words
- Supervising reading fluency tests
- Working with Title 1 teacher
