Katie Bruns is the Chief Human Resources Officer/Finance Director at Midwest Industrial Tool Grinding, Inc. (MITGI). MITGI specializes in the manufacturing of standard and custom carbide cutting tools for precision manufacturing. For the past 30 years, MITGI has been an industry leader and continues to push innovations in our market. As a leader in our industry, MITGI finds it extremely important to work closely with both Ridgewater College and the TigerPath program through Hutchinson High School to give students the ability to see precision manufacturing first-hand. Our students are the future of our community, and I feel honored to be a part of it.
