Nicole’s journey began in California and continued through Colorado before ultimately bringing her to Minnesota, where she now proudly calls Hutchinson home. Her educational path started at a community college, an experience that instilled a deep appreciation for accessible education and the opportunities it creates. Having experienced firsthand the positive impact community colleges can have on students and their communities, she is honored to serve on the board and support the institution’s mission.
Professionally, Nicole spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, where she developed strong skills in customer service, team leadership, and relationship building. She successfully transitioned into banking and currently serves as Assistant Branch Manager at MidCountry Bank. In her role, she is passionate about leadership, mentoring others, and creating meaningful connections that strengthen both organizations and the communities they serve.
Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors camping, playing tennis, swimming, traveling, and following sports. She values teamwork, lifelong learning, and giving back to her community, and she brings those principles to both her personal and professional endeavors.
Nicole lives in Hutchinson with her husband, Christopher, and is proud to contribute her experience, perspective, and commitment to service as a member of the Board of Directors.
