Leslie Valiant

Leslie holds an accounting associate’s degree from Willmar Vo-Tech and Accounting and Business Administration degrees from St. Scholastica. She worked for the Litchfield Public Utilities Commission as their Sr. Accounts Clerk; the City of St. Joseph, Finance Department; the City of Spicer, City Administrator; and the City Administrator for the City of Willmar. She has owned her own business and was the Gambling Manager for the Litchfield Baseball Association for 12 years. She enjoys working with people and finding creative ways to support and encourage economic development.
