Affinity Groups

BIPOC Affinity Group

The Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Affinity Group is a new affinity group that meets monthly via Zoom. All faculty and staff who identify as black, indigenous, and/or people of color are welcome to attend. The purpose of this group is to provide a network of support and to ensure that Ridgewater is a welcoming place for black, indigenous, and people of color employees. LGBTQ+ 

This is a NEW group that will meet monthly via zoom. All faculty and staff who identify within the LGBTQ+ umbrella are welcome to attend. The purpose of the group is to provide a network of support and to ensure that Ridgewater is an affirming space for employees of all genders and sexual identities. Peace Officer, Emergency Services, Veterans & Military Affinity Group

The Peace Officer, Emergency Services, and Military affinity Group facilitates the inclusion of peace officers, emergency service members, veterans, military members, and their families by creating a space for individuals with similar experiences to provide a network of support and to ensure that Ridgewater College is welcoming for all.
