I chose Ridgewater because it had the program I was interested in and wasn’t too far to travel from my family. I had a wonderful experience at Ridgewater Technical College. The friends I made during college have become friends for life and still keep in contact with them today. What I learned through my education there was very valuable and made an impact on where I’m at today.

When I graduated Ridgewater the Winter of 2000, I started internship at MCP Corn Processing in Marshall, MN February 2001 as the Maintenance Admin Assistant. MCP transitioned over to ADM Corn few years later. Advancing to now… I have been with ADM for over 21 years in the same position Maintenance Admin position while taking on more administrative CMMS Power User roles through the years. Most recently, Asset Manager/CMMS Analyst global position for ADM.
