Local businesswoman joins Ridgewater Foundation Board

WILLMAR and HUTCHINSON, MN – The Ridgewater College Foundation is proud to announce a new member to its Board of Directors: Beth Gasser of Hutchinson.
“Beth will be a fantastic addition to our Foundation Board,” said Kelly Magnuson, Ridgewater Foundation Executive Director and Vice President of Advancement and Outreach for the college. “She has a unique perspective to offer, a wide range of skills to share, and is well-known and engaged in the Hutchinson community.”
Beth Gasser is a small business owner of Vivid Image, a marketing and web design agency in Hutchinson for the past 25 years with her husband, Steve. Gasser leads the Marketing Department and serves as a social media consultant and content writer.
Gasser is a graduate of Ridgewater College with a Small Business Administration degree and is a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology. She is an active member of the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism and has served two terms on their Board of Directors and three years on the executive team. Gasser is also on the Board of Directors for Haiti Kids School, a Minnesota 501c3 supporting education and healthcare for Lott Carey School in Leogane, Haiti.
Gasser is a Blandin Community Leadership alum and recent presenter for a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) marketing education series. She’s an avid reader and traveler, with a passion for learning and humanitarian work. Gasser grew up in southwest Minnesota where she calls Canby, Marshall, and now Hutchinson home. She loves spending time with her husband and daughters.
Foundation Board
Gasser will fill one of the vacancies left by Dr. Steve Mulder of Hutchinson and Roger Gauquie of Willmar, who recently retired from the board after serving three three-year terms.
