Ridgewater to Offer Walk-in Tours for Minnesota State Week

During Minnesota State Week, all 33 Minnesota State colleges and universities waive their application fees and offer campus visits to help break down any barriers to high education.
Ridgewater College no longer has an application fee any time of the year and always welcomes visitors for in-person tours. During Minnesota State Week, staff will be available to help potential students apply for admission and financial aid. Walk-in tours will be available at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. or schedule a visit that works for you at www.ridgewater.edu/visit.
Minnesota State Week is a great time to explore any technical program, transfer option, or general liberal arts and sciences education.
It’s also a great time to learn what’s new. Ridgewater has added many new programs in the last few years and has expanded delivery options to include more hybrid blended options that include both online learning and on-campus application.
In the last few years, Ridgewater has added offerings in Plumbing, Beginning Meat Cutting, Photography and Design, and Agriculture Power and Equipment Technician. Programs that expanded to the Hutchinson campus include Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy and Massage Therapy. Traditionally, these programs have only been offered on the Willmar campus. Machine Tool Technology expanded from solely being in Hutchinson to now also being available in Willmar.
