Prepare for a career in public safety as a peace officer, detective, or other related career. The Peace Officer/Public Safety Transfer Pathway allows students to obtain their foundational skills before transferring to a partner Minnesota State university to pursue a related bachelor’s degree.

- Minnesota traffic and criminal code, criminal procedures, probation, and crime prevention strategies
- Community engagement and corrections
- Police ethics and report writing
- Social behavior, social problems, communication, sociology, and psychology
