The Swim Instructor/Private Swim lnstr~cto_r at Kandiyohi County Area Family YMCA intentionally fosters a cause centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined. The Swim Instructor is responsible for helping plan, teach and maintain a safe class structure.
