Ridgewater College – Social Media & Marketing Work Study (remote)
We will use Basecamp, a project management application, to schedule work and provide progress updates. It will also serve as a repository for all documents and files created by the student on behalf of the Marketing and Sales Management program.
Twice a month, there will be a face-to-face Zoom meeting between the student employees and the supervisor (Derik). The meeting will have an agenda with new tasks to complete, who will complete the tasks, and due date of completion. The meeting will be an opportunity to review the employee’s performance and give the employee an opportunity to share how things are going for continuous improvement. Email or phone conversations can also be done as needed.
