Take a break from the end of the year rush. Enjoy a free 15-minute massage from students in the Massage Therapy program! Simply walk in when there’s an open chair. No appointment necessary.

We will also have therapy dogs and free coloring pages to take home. Petting a dog can lower your stress hormone levels and coloring can relax your mind just as much as meditating! Take a mental break so you can focus better when you study for finals later.
