Stephanie Holland is the Career Services Coordinator at Ridgewater College. While housed primarily on the Willmar campus, Stephanie also supports students, faculty, and employers in Hutchinson, and alumni of Ridgewater College.

Stephanie graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2001 and later went back to school for her Master’s in Education, graduating from the University of St. Thomas in 2010.

For the past fifteen years, Stephanie has worked in college settings, supporting students pursuing their educational goals. She has worked in admissions, student service and most recently, academic advising. One of Stephanie’s core values within her work is helping students get their questions or concerns answered and addressed. Going to college can be overwhelming and Stephanie knows that. She really wants to make our students’ experiences positive and enriched.

When she is not at work, Stephanie loves being a mom to her toddler daughter, spending time with her husband and rescue dog (Dayna Mae), being on or near water, kayaking, traveling (when time allows), being in nature, spending money at Target, baseball games, and relaxing on her porch with a cup of coffee.
