Erica and Jason have been directing and coaching at OMG Athlete Volleyball Club for 4 years in St. Cloud, helping high school athletes set and reach goals on and off the court through team play and private lessons.
Erica has always dreamed of coaching at the college level and loves the benefits a Community and Technical College has to offer athletes and students. She has a passion for the game that is undeniable. Erica strives to continue and grow the success Ridgewater Volleyball has earned both on and off the court.
