YMCA – School Age Child Care Staff
- Ensures programs and services meet community needs including supervising existing program activities, establishing new program activities, and expanding the program within the community as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and volunteers.
- Models relationship-building skills in all interactions.
- Works with supervising director to implement the curriculum with the appropriate and established guidelines.
- Assume other duties, responsibilities, and projects identified as needed by the employee and approved and/or assigned by the supervisor.
- Fall/Spring semesters
- Day/afternoon hours
- Average 10-15 hours/week
- Location: Willmar YMCA SACC
