YMCA – Child Watch Staff
- Work ln a team environment and encourage open communication with children, parents, and coworkers.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the Child Watch area and Kids Gym at all times.
- Be engaged with the children at all times.
- Initiate, engage, and maintain positive relationships with children and parents and be comfortable with children & responsible to parent input & concerns.
- Keep a consistent headcount of all children.
- Light housekeeping duties in order to ensure the cleanliness of the Child Watch area.
- Assume other duties, responsibilities, and projects identified as needed by the employee and approved and/or assigned by the supervisor.
- Fall/Spring semesters
- Average 10-15 hours/week
- Daytime/evening hours
- Location: YMCA Willmar Membership
