A peer mentor provides academic and personal support to students, usually one-on-one, to help them achieve success. Peer mentors may help with: academic support, personal support, guidance and/or being a role model.

- Flexible hours
- Average up to 10 hours/week
- Location: Student Services Willmar & Hutchinson
- 3 positions available per campus
