Student Achievement Outcomes
The Ridgewater College nursing discipline is pleased to inform students, faculty, and the community about the program outcomes for its Associate in Science (AD) degree nursing program. Student achievement outcomes are regularly monitored in order to continually make program improvements: graduate completion rate, NCLEX-RN (licensure) pass rate, and job placement rate. The Associate in Science degree nursing program is delivered on both the Hutchinson and Willmar campuses. It is part of the Minnesota Alliance in Nursing Education (MANE) a unique partnership with seven community colleges and a state university enabling student access to a baccalaureate degree via dual admission processes. The entire baccalaureate curriculum is delivered on both our Ridgewater College campuses. The first MANE cohort was admitted to the nursing courses Fall 2014.
