Through the Center for Customized Training and Continuing Education, qualified instructors deliver certification courses, continuing education units, and clock hours designed to meet requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health and the School Nutrition Association (SNA) Certification Program.

The National Restaurant Association ServSafe-designed and approved training meets the Minnesota Department of Health requirements for food service managers and professionals. Attending this course and satisfactorily passing the exam awards certification through the industry’s leading food safety program.
